Ragini Yechury is a Retired Advisor on Industrial Relation to Indian Railway Ltd, and Consultant of the National Institute of Financial Management, India. 

She is nominated represented of Railway to the Parliamentary committees on Labour, Hindi, and Women’s Empowerment and a member of the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board (CACLB), an appellate committee on Labour that resolves disputes. Ms.Yechury also serves as a chairperson of a committee of complaints on sexual harassment on women in the workplace, secretory of Zonal Railway users ConsultativeCommittee on Northern Railways. And Secretory on Mahila Samiti, an NGO working for the welfare of staff.

She has served as secretary-general of the Federation of Association and later president of the federation, resolving issues affecting officers and negotiating with the railway ministers, the Railway Board, the Finance Minister and the pay commission for the better appreciation of the work and duty of the railway officers. She is also the joint consultative machinery forum of the two federations of the union to resolve issue jointly.

Ms.Yechury is a member of the CILT Governing Council, and Founder Chairperson of WiLAT India. WiLAT India completed four years since its inception and has grown from strength to strength, motivating students, providing training to women in logistics, and getting them organized under the banner of WiLAT. This activity is noticed and in September 2016, the Institute for Engineering and Management, Kolkata conferred a Life Time Achievement Award on Ms. Yechury.
